Trust Across The Pacific | Colombian Customers Traveled Thousands of Miles To Visit Our Company

Our company recently welcomed a group of guests from afar—four customers from Colombia. This cross-border visit stemmed from an inquiry posted on our website in August, but also stemmed from word-of-mouth recommendations from established customers. We understand that these customers specifically visited a previous Colombian client we've worked with before contacting us. We're particularly proud of their rave reviews of our tractors and forklifts, which undoubtedly laid a solid foundation of trust for this partnership.

This customer planned to purchase three 70hp tractors and two 3T diesel forklifts. To ensure a foolproof purchasing decision, they arranged a factory visit in September to personally inspect our company's manufacturing capabilities and product quality control system. Accompanied by our international sales department and technical personnel, the customer visited the production workshop and conducted a detailed inspection of every link, from raw material inspection to production process flow, from product quality control to factory testing standards. The customer stopped to ask questions from time to time and expressed high recognition for our company's advanced production equipment and rigorous quality management system.
