Recently, Tavol Group welcomed a special group of guests — a three-member customer delegation from Belarus. They came with a clear mission: to conduct on-site inspections of Tavol’s forklifts and tractors, and source reliable equipment for warehouse operations and agricultural production.

At the forklift factory, the Belarusian customers demonstrated an impressive rigorous attitude. They carried tape measures with them and took on-site measurements of every model that caught their interest, recording all data including vehicle length, width and wheelbase in detail. The clients showed strong interest in Tavol’s 1.5-ton electric forklift, 3-ton electric forklift and 1.5-ton three-wheel electric forklift. Apart from measuring dimensions with tape measures, they took close-up photos of components from all angles to double-check the technical specifications. Fully accompanying the customers throughout the visit, Tavol’s sales team responded calmly to their stringent requirements and provided professional, thorough answers to every question raised. The customers commented that these electric forklifts feature a small turning radius and flexible handling, making them ideal for operations in confined spaces such as warehouses.

Later, the delegation visited Tavol’s agricultural machinery factory, focusing on tractors ranging from 30 to 50 horsepower. The same rigorous inspection process unfolded once again: measuring with tape measures, photographing every detail and verifying technical parameters.
