"If you share the same ambition, distance is no obstacle." In March, the TAVOL Industrial Park welcomed special "family members"—distinguished dealer partners from Chile, who traveled halfway across the globe to visit TAVOL Group headquarters. This was not only a business visit but also a long-awaited reunion of old friends.

Since our first connection in early 2023, we have now entered our third year of cooperation. TAVOL Group has shown its distant friends the charm of "Made in China & Intelligent Manufacturing" with sincere hospitality and professional dedication.

To welcome this important partner, TAVOL Group attached great importance to the visit. The Chairman and General Manager personally attended the reception, extending the warmest welcome to the Chilean guests on behalf of all TAVOL staff.

At the warm welcome dinner, both sides discussed the development trends of global construction machinery and agricultural machinery, and reviewed the fruitful cooperation journey from the first inquiry to today’s achievements. Amid friendly conversations and toasts, a profound friendship beyond business flowed naturally.

The distinctive oriental cuisine allowed the Chilean friends to experience TAVOL’s corporate culture of "people-oriented, customer-first". A precious group photo froze the confident smiles of both sides for the future.

One of the core purposes of the visit was in-depth technical communication and factory inspection. To make the trip worthwhile, the Group arranged the technical directors of the Forklift Division and Tractor Division to accompany and explain throughout the process.

At the forklift factory, the director elaborated on the stability of the high-precision hydraulic system and the endurance advantages of new energy forklifts, providing customized logistics handling solutions tailored to the complex warehousing environment in Chile.

At the tractor factory, the director demonstrated TAVOL’s profound accumulation in agricultural machinery manufacturing, from smooth power transmission to excellent passability adapted to hilly areas, explaining every professional parameter in a simple and understandable way. The solid expertise and rigorous attitude of both directors won high praise from the customer.

The cross-ocean cooperation began with a forklift inquiry in 2023. The TAVOL sales team quickly won the customer’s initial trust with professional response and in-depth product knowledge.

As communication deepened, the Chilean customer was pleasantly surprised that TAVOL could not only provide cost-effective solutions for forklifts, but also boast strong strength in its tractor product line. From the first forklift to tractors and lifting platforms, the customer’s choices have expanded, and the cooperation between both sides has grown stronger.

The highlight of the trip was an in-depth tour of the two major production bases for tractors and forklifts.

In the busy workshops, the customer witnessed the whole process from parts processing to complete vehicle assembly. The rigorous assembly process, strict quality inspection system and wide application of intelligent equipment fully impressed the fastidious South American merchant.

Especially during the visit to the high-horsepower tractor assembly line, the customer spoke highly of the welding technology and painting quality, saying frankly: "TAVOL’s factory management exceeds our expectations, which fills us with confidence for long-term cooperation in the future."

After the inspection, to commemorate the friendship across borders, the directors of the Forklift and Tractor Divisions presented exquisite TAVOL-themed gifts to the Chilean customer on behalf of the Group.

The gifts carried TAVOL’s gratitude and blessings to the partner, symbolizing that the cooperation between both sides, like the carefully manufactured equipment, will be durable and long-lasting. The customer not only took away a deep impression of TAVOL products, but also the sincere wishes of all TAVOL staff.

The visit of the Chilean dealer is not only an affirmation of the fruitful cooperation over the past three years, but also a new starting point for in-depth strategic cooperation in the future.
