On June 30, TAVOL Group welcomed two distinguished clients from Cambodia. The reunion of long-term partners was filled with warmth. Since our first cooperation back in 2020, the two sides have maintained a close partnership. The clients made a special trip to Tai’an for this visit, bringing demands for new projects. They conducted an on-site factory inspection and held in-depth discussions on equipment specifications.
Six years ago, our Cambodian client urgently needed a crane for lifting concrete beams to meet their construction site demands. TAVOL’s technical team developed a tailor-made solution fully adapted to their actual working conditions, with rigorous quality control covering every stage from design to production. After the equipment arrived at the port, we provided full support for installation guidance to guarantee smooth commissioning. The seamless communication and flawless coordination during that initial cooperation laid a solid foundation of mutual trust for our renewed partnership today.
This new project requires not only cranes but also additional forklifts. The client delegation first toured the crane production workshop and inspected newly manufactured units under assembly. They spoke highly of our upgraded optimizations in control systems, safety protection and other aspects.
Afterwards, the clients focused their inspection on the forklift production line. Our technical staff gave a detailed introduction to the forklifts’ power systems, heat dissipation performance and handling design, and put forward customized configuration suggestions tailored to local working conditions in Cambodia. The clients test-drove the sample vehicles in person and expressed satisfaction with their flexible operation and high work efficiency. Following the factory tour, both sides took a group photo in front of the office building to freeze this friendship that spans thousands of miles.
